Nusrat Trust is dedicated to empowering and supporting children with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the resources, education, and care they need to thrive. In collaboration with our esteemed partner organization Nusrat Trust For Special Children in Pakistan, we work to bridge gaps in services and opportunities, enabling a brighter future for children regardless of their physical or cognitive challenges.
Nusrat Trust for Special Children (NTSC), founded in 2004 is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities. With the shared mission to provide rehabilitation, education, and vocational training to help these children lead independent, fulfilling lives. The organization’s efforts focus on empowering children with disabilities to become responsible, contributing members of society.
NTSC runs welfare programs for children with disabilities, including food assistance, wheelchairs, and educational & vocational training. With 2,500 registered disabled children including 300 orphans and 300 widows ,we provide monthly financial aid, distributes wheelchairs, & supports families with monthly ration packs and also undertakes seasonal initiatives such as the winter project, offering essential warmth and supplies to those in need during the colder months. Additionally, during the holy month of Ramadan, Ramadan ration packs are distributed to the families and Waqf Qurbani distributions are organized in the month of Zil-Hajj.
In addition to the primary focus on supporting children with disabilities, we are committed to a broad range of social welfare initiatives aimed at improving the lives of underserved communities.We actively participates in vital water well projects to bring clean, accessible water to remote areas, helping to alleviate water scarcity and improve health.Our efforts also extend to the construction of masjids, providing spiritual spaces for communities to come together and grow in faith. During the holy month of Ramadan, we organize Iftaar Dastarkhans, offering free Iftar meals to ensure that those in need can fast with dignity. Through these initiatives, we strive to foster a spirit of compassion and create a lasting positive impact on society.
NTSC has also acquired land in Karachi and Lahore to build the Nusrat Complex and Khawaja Khan Muhammad Complex, offering free education, healthcare, and housing. NTSC recently completed a Pilot Project for disabled children at the Nusrat Complex, providing special education and vocational training, with students receiving support to start their own businesses.
